St Pierre Beach Restaurant is one of a kind with uninterrupted views of its island namesake and panoramic views that stretch right around. Views are all stunning aquamarine ocean and paper-white sand and the menu is as Creole-inspired and island-fresh as it is classic comfort eating with an island twist. So, you can enjoy seared tuna or a caprice salad, an oven-fresh Paradise Pizza or one of Simeon’s Creole curries with octopus or chicken cooked in coconut and served with chutney. Eat at St Pierre Beach Restaurant or order from your beach-bed.

Harmonising ancient Chinese medicine philosophies with skilled therapists, the Paradise Sun Spa focuses on relaxation and rejuvenation helping to ease tension in muscles and mind. Treatment rooms are bright and airy with a choice of single or couple treatment spaces, each with private outdoor shower areas and the option for outdoor couple’s bath fragranced with freshly picked frangipani and hibiscus petals. All natural, all organic ingredients gathered from the forests and bays of the Seychelles are used for massage and body conditioning techniques by Balinese-style trained therapists.
